Potion of Harming can be obtained by brewing process, starting with Potion of Poison, or Potion of Healing and Fermented Spider Eye as a base and fuel (Blaze Powder).

Potions of Harming cause harms player when it drunk.
Potion of Harming harms by 3 health points, Potion of Harming II harms player by 6 health points. Try adding gunpowder in the brewing stand after you have made potion of harming to make it into a splash potion that you can throw at your enemies!
