Description
Sand is a common block mostly located in caves, deserts and beaches. It can be found in great numbers at the water bottom.
There are two colors of sand: yellow and red.
Sand can be obtained by digging it with bare hands or any tool.
Using Shovel will speeds up the process.

Usage
Primary use of Sand is smelting it to get Glass. It also can be used as building material and crafting Sandstone.

1 Sand + 1 Fuel → 1 Glass
Smelting Sand
4 Sand → 1 Sandstone
